Q.
My babyfrom last week after her vaccination she is crying loudly for normal basic needs once its done she stops crying but her crying patterns has changed is it normal to baby cry screaming at this age

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Post vaccination swelling may be a common thing specially after DPT vaccine which may be painful for two or three days and the swelling may remain even up to month so if it is not causing any pain or other symptoms nothing to worry.
Swelling can be reduced by giving ice fomentation locally and paracetamol can be given as for fever or pain.
Thrombophobe ointment can be applied in acute pain and swelling .

Your child is only three months they don’t have a sense of any basic need they only understand hunger and some kids are very clever when they wet their diaper or poop that is when they cry these are the only things so this is not a behaviour pattern that has changed due to vaccination maybe your child is having stomach pain or your child is angry and that is natural for a child to react like that
