If you are giving any screen time do the child and stop giving that introduce more of educational toys to the chair leg bone book flashcards and play with your child with them so this is how you will spend more quality time and with that your child would try to speak better over the period there is no problem as of now if the child understands every thing so just it’s about how much communication you are trying to have with your child
