Q.
my baby won't intake any kind of tonics..can vitamin D3 mixed with water, milk or fruits? can you please suggest me the better way?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes give it with wate. yes it is nessesary to give vit d3 drops till one year of age .
While breast milk is the best source of nutrients for babies, it likely won't provide enough vitamin D. Your baby needs vitamin D to absorb calcium .. hence it is used to give it.
