my baby will take to much time to eat and prefers sweet things over salty so i make sweet porridge at night i use dates is it ok to feed him dates [3-4] everyday ? how could I make him eat properly and timely

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. many kids have the liking for sweet , sugary food, you can just add fruit , date syrups which is naturally sweet instead of sugar or jaggery at the most.nut u need to give other food too
