Q.
my baby while sleeping on my shoulder wakes up all in sudden and smiles looking at bedsheets and other things on bed and doesn't respond if I talk. only when I put her on bed she looks at me. also she sometimes doesn't look at me when sleepy and holding her.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it s absolutely normal and fine. for a good sound sleep make sure baby room is comfortable and calm.Baby should be well fed at bed time. You should make baby wear comfortable clothing at bed time. Sing a lullaby or light music can be used.
Can rock or pat the baby to sleep.

These Things are completely normal don’t worry about it because what happens is that for a child everything is so new maybe you change the bedsheet so there is a new design or something so your child is more interested and keen on looking at it the colours are vibrant so these things are very attractive for a child after the age of 3 to 4 months which is why all these things happen but all these things are considered normal
