My baby while in fever keeps wetting her lips with her tongue is this some indication though she is well hydrated

Teething would be one reason otherwise it would just be a normal behaviour of the child so I don’t see any problem or anything for you to be concerned and this is a very natural and a normal behaviour of a child yet if you have any kind of a doubt about it you can always consult your doctor for that
