my baby when laying is normal, but when I lift or he stands, starts drooling... is it common or should I contact local physicians

Hi How can you make your child standard they said you’re not recommended to make your child sit or stand before the age of six months let your child in the age of seven months then only you can make your child sit or stand with support before that it’s not recommended and I think drooling maybe happening that your child is having its teeth eruption
