My baby what should eat first give ne diet chart after 6 month and provide details of perfect bathtub for baby

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 months agoA. Namaste Mom You can give them now liquid consistency foods such as dal or rice water or vegetable soups and also fresh fruit juices etc once they accept well you can progress to semi solid and mashed foods

Surbhi SharmaMom of a 7 m old boy3 months agoA. Hi, after 6 months u can give properly mashed daal or rice without salt. Consistency should be more in puree form. Don't give daal and rice water as your baby won't get any nutrients from that water.

You can get started with Dal water rice water fruits and vegetables or all kind slowly you can shift to give varieties of food that you can prepare out of oats ragi Suji products make sure that you can give Paneer cheese incurred and varieties of khichadi and porridge as well and also I’m going to advise you at the same time when you get a bath tub you can get that inflatable inflatable bathtub for your child because with that you can take out the water but don’t get a very big size and keep monitoring when you use it because your child will not be able to sit without supportgood time to introduce a bath tub after the age of nine months
