Q.
My baby weight was 8.8 kg on 20/9/2022. After starting solids, my baby is passing stools on alternative days, it's little hard and while passing stools my baby cries. Today it's weight is 8.4. pls let me know what to do for constipation and weight loss.

Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drhgops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided befgore 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
