my baby weight was 2.7kg when he was born now it's been 45 days his weight is 4.8kg is this okay

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 4 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello! Your baby is doing absolutely well with respect to the weight gain. Baby should be gaining at least 400 to 500 g per month in the first few months after birth. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand.
