Q.
My baby weight was 2.3kg at birth.. How can i increase his body weight.. He is only 2 months breastfed baby.. Should i eat something to have a more healthier breastmilk.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. During the first few days baby loses the extracellular fluid equivalent to about 10 percent of the body weight. The baby regain the birth weight by the age of 10 days. Afterwards, they gain around 25 to 30 gms weight per day for the first 3 months and later around 400gms of weight every month for the remaining part of the first year

LavanyaMom of a 7 yr old girl6 years agoA. feed him on both the sides properly imbalance in the foremilk and hindmilk may be the reason ur facing this issue,n make sure he s getting enough milk! to increase ur supply u can have 4-5 badam n a spoonful of fenugreek seeds every morning in an empty stomach n alsomake sure that u add lots of veggies n greens in ur diet! n water drink ounces n ounces of water u can! all the best😊
