ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist2 days agoA. dear mum , baby shd b given home food 3 times in a day to provide enough energy the consistency of food shd b soft n lumpy so avoid thin dal , soup , juice have dal , legumes , beans / egg non veg , curd add powdered nuts , ghee to food fruit veg
