My baby weight is 9.5kg age is 2y 10 months how to gain my baby weight.She is very active but weight is very low comparative to other children. Is there any health issue plz suggest me sir

I don’t think so there is a health issue that I can confirm right now but yes yes your child is 4 kg under weight this definitely a problem that you need to address too but that can be confirmed by the doctor only after a physical assessment of your child
