Q.

my baby weight is 7.5 kg in 4 to 6 month, and at end of 3 month it was 6.4 kg my baby weight when born was 2.78 and every month there is increase in 1.2 kg but from 4 to 6 month it is not gaining as was in 1-3 month...what could be reason?

A. Namaste Mom, It is normal to have variations , so babies monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight now you can introduce the baby to semi soild and mashed foods
