my baby weight is 4.8kg.. she is 9months old.. she is not gaining weight from last 2monts. she does lot of vomiting after eating .. if i put syrup tab o vomit nahi karti....

Your child is extremely underweight it’s very important for you to have a proper check up with your doctor to understand why your child is not gaining weight by the child is having too much of vomiting issues and any other problem that you are facing it’s actually a waiting for a three year a four month old child so it’s important to can you check with the doctor
