my baby weight is 14.5,his age is 4 yrs 5month,what I can do for weight gain

A. Hi, 8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake 11 AM-fruits with dry fruit powder and honey 1 PM-rice and Sambar with vegetable fry and curd rice 4 PM-milkshakes, vegetable soup, fruit juice. 7 8 PM-dinner. Before sleeping – a glass of lukewarm milk with a pinch of turmeric added or Badam milk. You can give coconut water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juice. Try to give home-made food which is good for immunity and growth. Take your baby out for cycling and walking.
