Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Offer fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Offer foods in colourful plates and in quirky mugs. Let him be a part of meal preparations like setting up the table before mealtime and let him choose the vegetable to be cooked. Give him the option to choose but give limited and that too healthy options like do you want aloo parantha or paneer parantha? Avoid distractions during mealtime like TV, mobile phones, tablet, laptop etc. Offer different textures of foods. Cut foods into different shapes using food cutter.

Let him play with the food and make a mess and this is how he will learn to eat on his own. Offer finger foods. Offer colourful foods like beetroot parantha or gajar halwa and cut foods into different shapes using food cutter. This is to attract the attention of the kid.
