my baby weight at birth time 3 kg. now i am not check the baby weight .now she is not gaianing the weight what the reason

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, how do you know that your baby is not gaining weight? Babies lose weight after birth which they regain in 15 days time. Thereafter baby should gain at least 500 grams per month. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then it indicates good health.
