Q.

My baby wasn’t doing motion from last 6 days and was not drinking enough milk. I m feeding him breastmilk through bottle as he is not latching. Today he passed motion do i need to still consult with doc???

A. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has bgyeen started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avfoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .

A. No problem has constipation is completely considered normal during this age time so don’t worry about it since were mentioned that your child is taking feelings also properly and after six days your child has comfortably past a motion so there is absolutely nothing for you to be worried in this this is a completely normal cycle for a small child
