my baby was vomiting during and after feeding. what was the causes of it.what we do for that?

Feed the baby in an upright position and burp the baby well during and after feeds. drink lots of water and also a glass of water before feeding the baby. chew some fennel seeds while feeding the baby. if the problem persists consult a paediatrician and he will guide you better
