Q.
my baby was spitting amount of milk after feeding and i am giving feeding in sleeping position from baby 15th onwards and spitting milk from 4 days is that any problem and I listen when u give feeding like laying on bed baby may milk will goes to ear or lung how to know baby milk goes to ear or lung I am afraid spitting alots milk from my baby

yes ,it is advisable to avoid lying down position,it can cause ear Infection.
same thing happened with my child so I would suggest to avoid this position.
To prevent spiting , give small and frequent feeds.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
make sure your child latches properly because sometimes because of fast feeding or incorrect latching can cause such problem.
burp your baby well after each feeding.
