Q.
My baby was sneezing more than usual today. Now when she sneezed some mucus came out. The mucus was runny and colourless. what are the remedies that I should do to keep her comfortable.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. you can go for home remedies like tulsi ginger combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child.
also you can give turmmeric with milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently.
avoid giving cold water and cold food or ice cream.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment
