my baby was preterm borned and his now 4 month 15 days old. today he is not pooping . only once he poop at aftnun. still he is not pooping. is this any issue? and Can I give water to him??

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4.5 months old and he has not passed stools since last 12 hours so don’t worry it’s very normal for his age so don’t worry

A. The baby is only 4 months of it It is great natural that small babies cannot be passing still regularly constipation of up to 8 days is also absolutely normal In
