Q.
my baby was on breast feed but since 5 days i ve startes giving similac advance 60 ml once a day aling with breast feeding and he has not passed stool since 5 days..what should be done.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy5 years agoA. if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid and the child is not crying while passing stool then do not worry about the frequency of stool but if it is hard and tries to then you will have to change the brand of formula milk

Hi mom It’s all normal and common No need to worry Maintain hydration TAke a good care of your baby Maintain hygiene Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding Maintain hydration
