My baby was delivered in 35 weeks with weigt 1.9 now he is 1 month old now weight is 2.450 is this normal ?

Yes the weight gain of the baby is fine.
Feed for longer time from one breast so that the baby gets both fore milk and hind milk. Hind milk is rich in fat and thicker which will help in weight gain of the baby. Then switch to other side to feed if required.
