Q.

my baby was born via csec delivery on Dec 2020. he's 1yr 1 month old. he takes breastfeed approx 8-9 times in a day(he haven't started taking cow or any other milk). till now my periods hasn't come . what can be the possible reason . my last period date came in 19th March 2020.
