A. Hi dear good morning For water or juice any other food your baby should have completed six months. This is because only milk provides all the necessary nutrients. And early solid foods will lead to stomach ups Intilaly simple purees like carrot, potato, banana and simple waters like rice or dal water can be given. These are easy digesting foods for baby. Then second week you can continue with other purees or combination of two fruits veggies, the third week you can give instant homemade rice cereal. Slowly you can add a veggie or fruit to the rice cereal this would give a different taste. One meal a day is enough for six month old baby. With few spoons of water I feel and suggest It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.
