Q.

My baby was born on 8 jan.....after that I had a first menses on 15 march ..then on 11 april...but in MAY my menses have not come.. ??

A. Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment It’s all normal and common due to hormone changes Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
