My baby was born on 21.11.2025. She is passing urine but not stool yet. is the situation worth worry or normal.

A. Hello good afternoon !! If the baby passes urine 6-8 times a day but not passing stool regularly then no worries. Some babies constipate ,pass irregular stools once in 3-4 days ,if the baby is active and taking feed normally with no gas and tight tummy issues then ok. Do tummy massage with warm oil ,it helps in relieving gas issues ,helps in passing regular stools.
