Q.

my baby was born on 1 June 2022 , he got jaundice and his bilirubin level was 16..then phototherapy was started and continue for 48 hrs, and his bilirubin come down to 9...but he is almost 2 month now but there is slight yellow discoloration when press his skin .... how long will it take to disappear??? do baby with jaundice grow up healthy...do growth and development will be same as that of a child who is not getting phototherapy at birth?..

A. get blood test to know the reason for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
