Q.

my baby was born 34weeks .Now she is 1.5 months .now Dr prescribed iron medicine... previously she is taking calcium (2.5ml 2 times), vitD3(1 time),A2z(2 times, 0.5ml).are these iron and A2z medicine compulsory,along with cal and vitamin?

A. yes ,they have prescribed 2.5ml twice..and her hb was 17.but dhe had jaundice after 3;days of birth

A. Are you sure the doctor has suggested 2.5 ML twice because 5ML for a 1.5 month old child and that premature would be really very high to be given second the haemoglobin could be less which is why the iron supplement may have been advised so kindly go ahead with what your doctor suggest
