Q.

my baby was 6 month 5 days old boy , I feed the solid for many fruits , now I feed homemade cerlac , I think add jaggery in that mix ,it's right or not .

A. Don't add it, use Or add jaggery in baby food after 8 month of age.. and that too in small quantity, Weaning food must be a single grain food. Always feed freshly cooked food to your baby. Do not add salt, sugar, also

A. I am not sure of giving jaggery in high quantity for babies less than 1 year old. Bause they get the sugar content from fruits already. Better to avoid any kind of sugar or salt.

A. See it is already a package would I would not recommend you to add anything extra in to eat jaggery you can add salt you can add to the food that you are a freshly repairing at home for the child but what is already package don’t have anything from your own side to that thatWrite Your Answer Here
