my baby was 3 month 12 days old his weight 6 kg he having loose motion since 4 days we concern pediatrician they advised to joytase 5ml Oshin-M 5 ml n proquire sachet 1.5gm each dose morning and night I am worried bcz it's higher dose for my baby please can you suggest right dose for my baby I already given 2 dose it's any harm for my baby

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucrous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatcsment
