my baby was 2month 7days old ..his birth wait is 3.10g now he was 3.700..this is enough my baby? and he was very lean ? why? what can I do?the hand and leg was soo lean ..plz ans me

My baby is 91 days old , having asd & vsd attaching reports also.
At the time of birth (c section)
his weight was 3.300kg now on 29th may he was 4.200kg.
He is taking proper sleep (15-18hours), He plays alot also, he takes proper feed.
my main concern is does asd & vsd will heal naturally or surgery required??
we are ready to do the surgery but worried too bcz he is so small.
