A. Dear mum, weight of 4.5 kg is absolutely normal weight for your baby, do not worry. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain. Do not give any top food till 6 months.
