My baby wakes up at night around 3 am and cries alot and stretches his body denies milk and water

A. The situation seems like a child is suddenly having a bad stomach pain which is why your child is stretching the body and waking up like this you can give stomach pain medication to the child which is what is going to be good and healthy to be used in the current situation
