My baby vomited twice yesterday, took out all the food he ate

A. hello if the child is still vomiting and is not active then this would require a proper medical investigation and it is better to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide u accordingly which should be better and also safe too and based on the condition he can advise you accordingly which is safe too
