my baby vomit so much after feeding. is it a matter of concern and he doesn't poop regularly mostly after 4 or 5 days

A. just go for a regular burping and that will help in decreasing the vomiting in the child and do not worry about 10 ml of regurgitation of milk after feed and it is not regarded as vomiting
