my baby vedda gupta stool culture report.. she suffering from bacterial infection.. from 1 month.. now, she well from 1 week.. no bleeding in stool from this week

The report is not available for me I’m just going to advise you to continue with the medicine suggested by the doctor and also if antibiotics would be given still if the problem persist despite of a month you should go ahead with an advanced test to know what’s the reason and what diet you doing
