my baby used to breastfeeding.....bt I got my nipple sore and painful.....what should I do to heal them?

Apply Boroline anti septic cream and cover it with cabbage leave when you have to feed your child clean the area of feed the child and repeat the process do this every time hopefully within one day you’ll get better results and that’s going to be beneficial for you
