my baby turns 6 months old tomorrow. i have started solid for my baby since 25 days my baby doing loose motion(4 to 6 times in a day) what should I do??

The food is supposed to be started after completing the time of six months and entering into the age of seventh month so I don’t know why you started that early anyways right now your child suffering with loose motion it could be due to so kindly check with your doctor once
