Q.

My baby turned 3 months old and she is on formula feed…my doctor has suggested to feed her in every 2-3 hours about 60-90 ml of milk…but she dosent feels that much hungry…she leaves the milk in the bottle even if i make 60-70 ml…is it ok? Is this normal? Or should i force feed her ? Or should i start any hunger increasing medicine for her ? Specially during night time she likes to sleep and dosent want to drink milk

A. dear Mum even if your baby is on formula feeding feeding should be guided by the baby feed baby on demand whenever baby wants and how much baby wants if passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient
