My baby tongue looks like white scar?Is it normal?

A. This is milk getting accumulated and you’re not cleaning the tongue properly that is why it has started looking like this you’re not brushing properly or it maybe due to some other issue you please get examined with your doctor either a paediatrician or a dentist
