RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Yeah it is a natural make of the tongue so there’s nothing wrong with it see if the child grows properly has no problem with speaking eating or doing anything in terms of speech or anything which is necessary then there is no problem at all
