My baby tongue is getting black what is the issue here

Are you giving any iron supplement to the child because that can really be a very big reason in making the tongue dark because it’s common with iron supplement to make teeth tongue and motion of the child dark so please use a Babyhug silicon tongue cleaner to clean the tongue
