My baby tongue has white patches.Is it normal?How to clean these white patches?

Take some nice toothpaste like Himalaya bubblegum toothpaste on oral B Junior toothbrush and clean the tongue of your child with that if a tongue is clean that means it’s only milk accumulated as you never maintain proper hygiene and if that is not the situation then please consult a dentist
