Q.

My Baby temperature is 102.3 and I give all syrup by pediatrician advice but fever is not reduced

A. you can give this syrup crocin 240 DS suspension mixed fruit.they have mentioned the dosage on the bottle according to the baby weight. to help the parents give accurate dose.

A. please continue the medicines and do cold sponging frequently Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
