my baby tejasva 3.8year old . my baby's body specially head back hand and leg having red ichty spots sometimes like urticaria plz tell us what to do?

A. sir he has been getting red itchy spots in some body palaces like head neck ear hand leg and back side. some spots disappear after some time. my local doctor advised syrup Atrax.

Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if the speech doehs not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a propergg assessment of the child .
