my baby teeth broken before 5 month but not yet come now please help me mam

A. Hi usually within a gap of 3-6 months , permanent teeth erupts after shedding of milk teeth.. if till then also teeth don't show up then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist

A. hi you mean to say your child teeth fall before 5 months but there is no sign of new permanent teeth? if yes then as such no need to worry , because babies get their new permanent teeth around age of 7 or 8 years so you can wait till that. please give Healthy calcium rich diet provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day and if the case is different then please visit your pediatric dentist
