My baby taking similac from birth.no milk secretion for me and now he completed 2 months on 16.02.21. Shall i start cow’s milk instead of similac because due to powdered milk he is having constipation.kindly guide me for his weight gaining too.Thank you

A. good morning constipation is common even with those children who are dependent completely on mother's milk nothing to be worried about any animal can be given to the baby only after completion of one year not before that
